Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of removed material and its previous location

  3. Your contact information
  4. Consent to jurisdiction
  5. Physical or electronic signature

Platform Response

Upon receiving a valid claim, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the accused user of the claim
  • Provide opportunity for counter-notification
  • Restore content if valid counter-notification is received

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may face:

  • First offense: Warning and content removal
  • Second offense: Temporary account suspension
  • Third offense: Permanent account termination

Best Practices for Users

  • Only use content you own or have permission to use
  • Give proper attribution when required
  • Purchase appropriate licenses for commercial use
  • Respect creative commons and open source licenses
  • When in doubt, seek permission from the rights holder
